Our team at Nakhchivan State University has a solid track record in organizing successful international events. We spearheaded the Nakhchivan 1st International Medical Forum, which hosted over 400 participants from 7+ countries. Our experience includes everything from welcoming guests and managing participation fees to coordinating event rooms and programs. Additionally, we have organized multiple symposiums and congresses in collaboration with other universities, involving over 50 participants each. Our team members have participated in 4 EMSA Europe events and 6 multi-FMO-related events in just one year, showing our strong connection with EMSA.

Comprehensive Venue and Accommodation Solutions

Nakhchivan State University provides state-of-the-art facilities for workshops, plenaries, and social events. Our main plenary rooms can accommodate 50-200 people, with 9-10 additional rooms available for workshops, all equipped with beamers and strong Eduroam-enabled Wi-Fi. Convenient accommodation options range from university guest house(free - covered by university) to 2-5 star hotels, with affordable rates starting from as low as 16 € per night.

Easy Access and Transportation

Getting to Nakhchivan is easy, with daily 8-12 flights from Baku (Capital City, 40-60 € one way, 1 hour flight duration) and weekly flights from Istanbul to Nakhchivan(200-210 € round trip). For Turkish citizens, affordable travel options flight from Igdir, Turkey, are also available. Once in Nakhchivan, transportation to the venue is hassle-free, with university-provided buses. There is an added advantage since the event venue is within reach from the place of accommodation by a short walk.
